Once an order is placed, the fabric is inspected, measured and cut from the main roll. After cutting, the product cannot be restored to its original condition.
For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled once dispatch preparation has started.
Each fabric goes through manual inspection before packing:
• Surface check for weaving defects
• Embroidery alignment verification
• Colour consistency inspection
• Measurement accuracy confirmation
Only after passing quality inspection the order is packed and dispatched.
We accept returns only in the following situations:
• Wrong product delivered
• Major manufacturing defect
• Damaged product received during shipping
Return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos.
The following cases are not eligible for return or refund:
• Slight colour variation due to screen display
• Customer ordered wrong colour/design
• Fabric not liked after delivery
• Minor thread variations or handwork irregularities
• Cut fabric measurement tolerance (±2-3 cm)
As fabric is a customizable material, these are considered normal textile characteristics.
After approval:
• Product must be unused and unwashed
• Original packing must be intact
• Return pickup will be arranged or return address shared
Once received and verified, refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges and COD handling charges are non-refundable.
